Antiaging and Medical Yoga
“Natural therapies methods and Yoga”
THE AWAKENING OF ANTI-AGING and MEDICAL YOGA
Since the human race began, mankind has often wondered about how to extend life expectancy, control weight and illness. Together with their thinking’s and feelings, Yoga was brought about with natural therapy practices which were developed. These therapies and practices included, detox, nutrition, herbal, sleep, respiratory, internal and locomotive systems.
After the 1950’s medicines and treatments were seen to be performing miracles, in which case Yoga and natural practices began to take a decline and patients with physical or psychotic disorders were then offered drug medication or operative treatment approaches. Besides the factors of age and weight an increase of influenza, cancer, stress, depression, memory loss (amnesia), physical, mental and psychical disorders started to develop. With these concerns in mind treatment centres including hospitals, chemists, disabled and elderly homes were opened. The treatment and service expenses also shocked the families concerned and the public in general likewise considering the medications too which was not the aim for the total amount of patients who were involved.
Due to these negative points, people decided once again to return to the natural therapies and Yoga once again. With this in mind each one of the practices has been arranged differently for Yoga and natural therapies. One without the other is not possible.
For example, Yoga helps to enhance and strengthen the body, mind and soul. In one area natural therapy practices are beneficial for the rehabilitation of physical and psychological antimony balances and strengthens the physical, psychotic and spiritual being.
Thus maintaining that, natural therapy practices on the whole for all yoga patients and health of every age is something which will never be given up and for every need have gathered together under the Anti-aging and medical Yoga’s roof.
The Anti-aging and medical Yoga was prepared after 50 years of intensive studies and experience of which is based upon the anatomic structure of the human body.
